KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 4 — The government is expected to announce an increase in the padi purchase floor price next week, along with additional subsidies to mitigate the impact on consumers.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 16 — The Agriculture and Food Security Ministry (KPKM) has disbursed RM13.23 million in aid to 6,747 padi farmers affected by flooding this year, the Dewan Negara was told today.
